Yes, you do need an account to place an order. Having an account allows you to save your personal information and review previous orders. Please note that we do not retain any payment information within your account.
We currently accept the following payment methods (you will have the option to select your payment method when placing an order):
- FPX (Online Banking)
- E-Wallet
We currently only ship within Malaysia, and to Singapore. Please contact us if you’d like to make a special arrangement.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. Please note that the tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.
All orders within Malaysia are shipped via Citylink at RM9 for West Malaysia and RM12 for East Malaysia. We also use Citylink for Singapore with shipping charge of SGD40.
